This may sound like a very sensitive topic especially to people who live in this fast-growing modern world but what does the Bible actually say about tattoos? Well, at the very least you may consider to think about it seriously – in any reason it may serve best.
The root of this particular issue is on the book of Leviticus 19: 28. It says, “Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD.”
But this verse actually doesn’t define the act of having a tattoo as an actual sin. As we read further in context the meaning of this verse, we’ll understand that God is actually referring to idolatry as the actual sin, not the act of having a tattoo.
